<description><![CDATA[I'm really frustrated that Amanda didn't expressly share her thoughts with Richard. This platform roll-out could have used some valuable feedback from a non-engineer perspective. While Hooli doesn't have the technology or great minds to compete at this point, they would have done the end-user feedback research that is needed, and they are still a threat. I hope Amanda learns to share her thoughts more precisely in order to make Astroport what it should be. Astroport should have engaged focus groups before launching. Amanda should have made that clear. It was cringeworthy to watch her not do so.]]></description>
