This modification allow the user to set:
-l local host address
-n public node address
-p IPFS gateway port
-s http or https scheme for web access (except IPFS gateway)

It also check if the hostname is resolvable in the .local mDNS domain with a one-shot ping, in order to decide which local host to use (if -l is not provided)
